We started in the middle of FA, there were lots of other guys besides the big studs. Oh I absolutely agree this year there was. But that was this year. What is there next year that is going to be soo great. I know Troy Murphy, but how many teams r gonna want to drop 10-12 million into Murphy and other guys that r rated around the mid 70's. I say mid 70's because I highly doubt Murphy is going to increase his rating next year and will more than likely decrease which will probably put him at a 77 Just the way I see it Melo is the big name but Murphy, Karl Landry, it's possible Oden, Yao, and I'm not even looking. Every class has decent FA's, cap space isn't worthless by any means.

You look at melo and then u got some decent guys, but r those the guys u r really going to dump 10+ mil in for? I absolutely would not. But we r going to continue to beat a dead horse about this kidd deal so I am done. I have absolutely said my fair share and i think we all know where i stand

I dont get how you can just have Orlando put in a vote for a random trade??? Isint their a reason why we have 7 trade committe guys so the 6 that arent in the trade can make the decision? There is no way in Hell the Knicks/Mavs trade should go through and if it does you are going to have many upset managers and whats that doing for the league? makign it so a 64 rated expiring 11M contract is worth a all star PG who still has game left plus some other decent guys? Hell if i would of know kidd was going for that i could of gave him more the curry,im sure anyone in this league would because Kidd is still a good player and you are really under rating what hes done and still can do both in sim and now in the Nba.

Knicks can't vote so there would be 6 on the TC, if it's a 3-3 tie what do you do?

How are fools still calling Songalia and Juwan howard "good players"? These guys are scrubs! Howard is a 68 which there are still some 68's in FA who don't have offers. Songalia a 64!!!! There are literally 50 guys rated 64 or better than you get for about $500,000. Songalia makes 4,818,000. Come on.
Kidd has been great in the past, no denying that, no one here has. It is his current value that seems to be overrated by people who don't understand ratings or age, apparently.
Dammit I said I was done with this it is just hard to let stupid comments pass.

There should be a rule that when multiple trade com. members rejects a deal, then it should be vetoed automatically.
I dont know why you try to beat a dead horse for? The deal is unfair, several league members including committee members feel the same, why can't you just be the bigger person and re-structure the deal?
Why in god's name can't you give up anything else? It makes no sense at all.
Since we started the league, your one "big" trading piece was Curry yet it took you an entire week to trade him. Why? B/c no one sees any value in him despite his expiring contract.
If he gave you a Ridnour or Duhon type of player(if you had them) for Curry+other pieces to make the contracts work, that would be different, that would be alright.
But Kidd is still a very solid pg for another 2 yrs. He already didn't get Iverson so what more will it take for you to be the bigger person and re-structure the deal?

How does that make ANY sense?
Why do you think we even have a committee? It takes 4 votes to accept, and 4 votes to reject. There are 7 voters. This is just how it is.
You think that when the NBA Finals come around, if one team wins "multiple games" then they should win the series?
Hmm, Lakers and Heat meet up this year, Lakers win the first two games and according to your logic, the series is over because they won multiple games.
Don't you understand that I didn't even try to trade Curry? Dallas came to me with this, you are just out here causing trouble for no damn reason. I started shopping Curry the day of that trade. When I started to look at who would want him possibly, I remembered that Dallas had already asked me about a deal like this a few days back. So I asked him again if he was still interested, and he pretty much proposed this trade minus songalia...and I decided to add in a terrible player with a shitty rating making almost 5 million bucks to make it a little worse than me.
I'm the one beating a dead horse? lol you are amazingly stubborn-headed and can not read apparently.
Another reason it took me "so long" to trade Curry (OTHER THAN THE FACT I WASN'T EVEN TRYING), is that I'm busy as hell trying to make this league run smoothly, same as TB.
I can't believe how much you can not understand what I've repeatedly told you.
Dallas wants this deal just as much as I do. Why restructure? Who says your value is the right value? That's why we have multiple committee members so that people can have different values and we can still have trades passed, even if one or two CM's don't like it. OR, the deal can get rejected, even if one or two CM's DO like it.
You seem to understand nothing, I don't know why I bother.

We already talked it out in the chat room thing, i posted that before we talked it out. Why don't you just leave it alone, go on with the unfair deal, and move forward.
I don't need to debate through this again and again. I said my piece, TWolves feels the same way, other people feel the same way including some in the committee. I apologized to the Mavs GM for calling him stupid, but you keep rehashing it, keep trying to get the last word in.

Can't believe nobody has brought up the Wizards-T-Wolves trade in here. Rubio for Carlos freaking Delfino and a late first is so much worse then that Kidd salary dump everybody is complaining about.

I also thought that at first glance. It all really depends on when Rubio is inserted into the game. If it's 3 seasons from now, then it's not a huge deal. But if it's next season, then yea, that trade was a little lopsided.

I guess I shall be happy with my team record at the moment... before I took over, the team was 3 - 13 now it's 9 - 14... I guess I have made the right moves... just checked the Sep 16 game...Butler, JRich, Crawford combined with 80+ pts I like that...
