I accept, my team is playing terrible and that's with Carmelo on the team. It's time for him to be traded and let the rebuilding mode begin. I gain the center of the future for my team who will make a dynamic duo for years to come with Jennings, and also get rid of Harrington's long contract. Of course I could have gotten more for Carmelo, but I really just wanted to bring in a young big for the future. With this trade that means Chris Anderson, Rip Hamilton, Nene and all the other veteran players will soon be out the door.

Im not gonna even wait for an acceptance. REJECT. Nuggets i dont know what the hell you're thinking here. I realize Lopez is solid, but if you are gonna give up a top 5 player in the league, I believe just like in real life, the Nuggets should get Favors and more, and maybe even Lopez and Favors, and if you throw Harrington in, its just even more rape. Re-work this or find another deal

100% agree with pistons, i reject, a player of melo's caliber is worth a heck of a lot more than a young center, who i agree is probably the best young center in the game, but still not even close to melo's value

Re-work this or find another deal Did you not read my explanation? I am looking to rebuild for the future. Theres no way I could get Lopez and Favors, and theres no way that would happen in real life as well since Melo will leave my team after the year is up. That means I'm left with nothing at all. Harrington is in the deal because of his contract, again I am looking to REBUILD. How about if Anderson is in the deal instead? I just want their contracts GONE, since well I am REBUILDING. I am last in the West with Carmelo, and that's another reason he won't resign with me after the season is through. I want him gone so that my pick could be top 5 at least. Hopefully the other committee know what I'm talking about.

Maybe Nuggets didnt have to add Harrington that i think still has some good value but deal looks solid.
People, remember Melo might leave Denver or Ney Jersey or whatever team that gets him in the off-season.
Thats a big not to say huge IF.

Nets' cap space before the deal: $320,000 or a number similar.
$18,169,320 * 1,25 + $100,000 = $22,811,650 < $22,914,243.
The trade doesn't work salary wise.

he also did not recieve a first round pick whatsoever, like the Nuggets are rumored to in real life. Brooks Lopez is a great player, but just because he has a good young player does not mean he is worth Melo. I'm sorry, but Denver, find a better deal than that. I bet there are some out there, and honestly...if you waited a little bit, you could grab more value. A young center for Melo is not fair...period the end

I would like to add that only trade committee members are supposed to be able to post in trade threads...

Well I added Brian Zoubek and the salaries hopefully work now?
Anyways Detroit, I have had Carmelo on the block for over 2 months now, maybe even 3. The best offers I recveived for Melo was this one, one that was actually better talent wise but not for rebuilding, one where I get a good shooting guard but that might win me lots of games and one where I get lots of picks and a young player. So after waiting here for 2 months I wanted him gone and finally start rebuilding. Though it seems like it will get rejected and I'll go with one of the other offers, the one with the picks is the 2nd best offer for rebuilding but you guys probably will decline so I'm not sure what I will do.

I accept by the way.
The thing I think everyone is missing is the risk involved in getting Carmelo without knowing he is 100% going to resign. I am not willing to increase my offer at all as I feel I am already giving up one of the best young bigs in the league so if this doesn't work, then we will have to move on.

yea im not worried about it minny. anyways, i get that guys, but as a team holding their rights, you can offer up to 110% of what any other team offers. i will not accept the deal if harrington is in it period, and at least 1 1st round pick should be added with Lopez. will not pass it until then. sorry, unless you can give me a good reason in why in the world at this stage Melo=Lopez

Pretty bad deal for Melo. Especially since you turned me down when I offered Millsap and Al Jeff.

sorry, unless you can give me a good reason in why in the world at this stage Melo=Lopez Next season, Lopez will be playing, for sure, under a $3 million contract. Next season, Carmello could walk and the team with him will be left with 0.

Memphis, it was good but I value Lopez a lot more then Gay and also Mayo.
Utah, at that point the season was very early and I was trying to win so I was trying to get the most value out of him. Then now I am in the rebuilding stage and you no longer had Millsap so I moved on.
Detroit, I can replace Harrington with Anderson, I just want their contracts gone.
