Newest member of the Blazers, is Wilson Chandler.Wilson Chandler was dealt to the Blazers monday morning inexchange to Nicholas Batum who played for the Blazers for 1 year. "Wilson Chandler is what we are looking for, his built is made for toughness and defense. It will also give us versatility on the wing as he can also play 2 guard and even the point. With Andre Miller it will be more exciting to see how the ball will be distributed evenly to Chandler and Roy. Another player coming into the Portland area is Tiago Splitter together with him are two 1st round rookie pick that smells like a lottery, I am crossing my fingers there. "It gives us a good center in return and a bright future ahead of us." said Blazers GM Armstrong. The Blazers are looking good, they can win but there future are getting a little bright as of now. We will see what will happen as the season progresses.

I appreciate the work put in, really. Can't let you call Wilson a PG at all though. He is really a SF with some PF skills...and a little bit of SG thrown in. He can GUARD most guys at the 1-4 position though, he's fairly versatile on Defense...not offense though. He's a slashing SF with a solid mid-range game, and a developing but inconsistent outside shot.
Other than that, nice job :-)

Thanks.. Wilson is the player we are looking at. We feel that Batum can give that type of game where defense comes first, however he seems to be a offensive type of player.
