The Dallas Mavericks trade:
68 Morris Peterson : $6,200,000 2011 MIAMI 1ST RD. PICK
Total Outgoing Salary: $6,200,000 Total Incoming Salary: $6,000,000
77 Shaquille O'Neal : $6,000,000 2011 SAN ANTONIO 2ND RD. PICK
Total Outgoing Salary: $6,000,000 Total Incoming Salary: $6,200,000
I accept
I am in desperate need of a big right now, and this is the best I can come up with. On top of that I tried to use MIA 1st in other trades and got little to NOTHING in terms of value in return for it.

Yes to this.
My first trade in many moons satisfies two items:
1) Additional 1st rounder to mess with
2) I can get Haslem some PT now which I like

I think that with this trade, Spurs chances of winning this season decrease highly and he makes a division rival much stronger. The difference between those 2 picks is small in comparison.
Maybe, if the NOH 2011 1st is involved with Spurs adding an extra 2nd the trade would make more sense.

I am fine with this for Spurs.
He is likely going to start Duncan and Murphy (still? haven't been paying attention), with Haslem as the primary backup big now...only a one point rating drop there, doesn't take on any future salary, pretty good upgrade of a pick IMO. Right now SAS and MIA have the same record, so that's a 30 pick upgrade right now. Works for me.
