Sorry if I sound like I'm complaining, but I find the way we offer for free agents slightly flawed, seeing as all our offers are made in public.
Anytime someone makes an offer first, the next team can just always offer slightly more, and it can just keep spiraling like that.
Now I know if we made these offers by PM it could get quite ridiculous for the admins, and give them a tremendous amount of work to do, but I'm just not entirely comfortable with having to make offers in complete public viewing.
Not having a go at anyone in particular, but I made an offer to Allen Iverson, and New Jersey, knowing full well what my offer is to that player, offers just $500,000 more, and it wouldn't surprise me if other teams came in and just slightly upped the salary a bit more and more. Granted, I did the same thing when I saw what Indiana's initial offer to Iverson was. In my mind, it is simply a bit flawed.
It can't be judged on first come, first served either, as a number of us are in different timezones. For example, the free agents list was published literally as I went to bed last night (I'm from England) so GM's from America would be able to lay down offers for at least 10 hours before I get to offer.
I'm not suggesting any solution as I'm not entirely sure, and I'm not trying to annoy anyone or criticize, but I hope you guys understand my concerns.
Thanks.

Charlotte, the thing about Free Agency is this, as Player Agent's get the chance to. We will fix things with money. We want the player to have the best available chance to win or do what he feels is right.
It's about the player's attitude in real life.

Yes, I should have addressed that in my post as well. I had a feeling player attitude would come into it, but thanks for getting back to me so quickly about it and aleviating my concerns. I'm glad the player agents will take more than just money into account. Thanks again!
