Los Angeles / Chicago
LAKERS GET:
70 - C.J. Watson $3,600,000 $3,400,000 $3,200,000 80 - Joakim Noah $3,128,536 Q-$4,239,167 68 - James Johnson $1,713,600 $1,833,120 $2,812,006 Q-$3,950,869
CHICAGO GET:
80 - Ron Artest $6,322,320 $6,790,640 $7,258,960 $7,727,28075 72 - J.J. Redick $7,000,000 | $6,440,000 | $5,880,000 68 - Devin Ebanks $500,000
2011 1st 2012 1st
Lakers give up : $8,442,136 Bulls give up : $13,822,320
Note: Chicago has cap space to absorb salary.
Reason: I want to move Gasol to PF and believe that Noah could do well for me at CE. It's hard letting Artest go because he is playing really well, but Odom can make the move down to small forward.

I accept. Tough for me to do this. I love Noah but their is no way I can resign him for 8-10 mil in the offseason for 4-6 PPG and 8-10 RPG. I get some value while I can. I get older but I gain a couple of 1sts in which I lost in the Wallace-Boozer deal. Plus I need a scorer to compliment Wallace and Rose who seem to be doing all the scoring. Redick is a great option off the bench or maybe a spot starter if Lee struggles.

Why is Ebanks' salary Yellow? What does this mean? Also, would be sweet if those QO's could be Teal :-)

Yes QO's are Qualifying Offers. The only thing to do to "fix" it is make it Teal, as noted in our "How to Create a Salary Chart" Thread.
