Well as most of you know i am no longer on the board because i was so called not doing my job as salary czar. As I was trying to learn and guide my way through it and try and do it I guess that was not enough for a once Commish of this league... That is where my point comes in... How are these guys on the board fi they arent doing thing board memeber should? Where the hell has Washington been? All i see is Knicks and POrtland running shit around here. Cavs? the once most active trading team heard nothign from him lately? Maybe it is better with me not on the board???

My mom is kicking me out of my house and I'm trying to find a way to survive.
I'll be back as soon as possible but right now Real life is taking over.

Miami, u were active but u were super aggressive when it came to trading, got the point where you irritated several people including myself. I don't think that's the reason u were let go of your duties but u weren't the perfect GM either.
If you sign up for something, you've gotta learn your way through it. I don't know what happened, if u weren't trying hard enough or if u just didn't get the jist of it soon enough.
I think u should rejoin the league b/c u were super active but the main problem I think many people had was how pushy u were when it came to talking trades. I even tried to be as nice as I possibly could be to you but I talked to others and they said the same thing.
So if u do rejoin the league, just don't be so pushy when someone says no or someone says they don't want to trade this certain player.

Dude don't even start on me. You tried so hard to get Evan Turner from me that it was insane. I literally spent 2-3 hrs. for 1 week every day talkin to u and debating the options. I woauld tell you that I don't need Chalmers, Big Z, and whoever other scrubs u had and then the next day, you'd offer Chalmers, Big Z, and other scrubs. It's like you ignored everything I told u the day before. Washington/TB can backup everything I say. I know him and I talked a lot about how pushy u would be. By the way, you would always be the one pushing for us to trade. You always aim'ed me first, you always initiated the talks. I listened and tried to be respectful but sometimes, u need to know that u can't be so pushy on people.

I can vouch for Philly when I say Miami was way to pushy. When I had BOOZER he bugged me for a good 2 weeks, throwing out HoFers like Mike Miller and Darren Collison for Boozer. Yeah you fucking turd burglar, let me trade my only solid scoring big man for a back up PG and a borderline starting SG. You did it every day, I highly doubt Philly bugged you to deal seeing as the second I signed on IM I got a nice Hello from you with another shitty trade offer.
come at me bro.

I remember when he had devin harris and darren collison and he would refuse to trade collison. He went so far as to say that he would start both, even though they are both pg's.

When the fuck did I say Harris and Collison would both start? Im 100% sure i never would of even THOUGHT about that you smart ass... You are the one who just came up with that so i guess we all know your plans for next year running a 2 PG offense? How would that even work sit Wade? maybe start thinking through your thoughts!
