Mr. Brown we would like to send out a contract offer to you for a 3 year deal with the 3rd year being a Team option. We feel you would fit nicely into our frontcourt rotation with Roy Hibbert and Kevin Love. We are looking to move Murphy for a SG so that will open up more playing time for you up front. Please take a good look at where this team is headed. We have a very young and talented core that we feel will be a perennial contenter for years to come. Come to Minnesota and play for a team that is dedicated to building this franchise into a Winner.
Thank you for your time

The Houston Rockets offer:
Year 1: 2mil (mle) Year 2: 2mil
The Rockets would love to sign Kwame to come off the bench in a chamionship caliber team. This is his chance to win a ring. He will be the backup to the soon newly acquired Zach Randolph.

Cleveland Cavaliers would like to change our offer to Kwame Brown to a 2 year deal worth $4,000,000.
Year 1: $2,000,000 Year 2: $2,000,000
Total: $4,000,000
We have a good and young team in Cleveland, but one glaring weakness is our lack of front court depth. Mr. Brown would be our primary backup PF and C, and could get a lot of minutes. Greg Oden, who we will soon acquire, gets in foul trouble a lot and could benefit from Mr. Brown's presence. I have always been a fan of Mr. Brown and think he has been through a lot, we would love to have him here in Cleveland.

76ers offer Kwame:
2 yr deal:
Year 1: 2,200,000(MLE) Year 2: 2,200,000
We feel that you would be an asset to the 76ers after the trade made to get rid of Spencer Hawes. You will be our backup center or power forward and you will get solid bench minutes while playing for a playoff caliber team in the 76ers. We will give you a 2 year deal worth roughly 4.4 million dollars total and we believe that you will improve your skills while working with guys like Elton Brand and Andrew Bynum. We hope you take our offer in consideration.

Miami would like to offer Kwame a contract offer! Year 1 - $1,250,000 Year 2 - $1,500,000 (TO) Total - $1,750,000
We would like to offer Kwame a contract offer! We are going for other FA but we have around 9M that we can go and attack... The Miami Heat are hoping Kwame can take a little pay cut to be able to come to the Heat and be a solid role player off the bench... He would be in a system with Scola/Sheed/Gooden but he would still see minutes and he would be in our 12 man rotation... Hoping you come to south beach Kwame!

So Kwame, with offers coming in, we have decided to step up our offer. We do not have any depth at the C position, considering most of our players are Power Fowards and don't have the size or strength to play C. So we need a backup C, as one of Fowards (Hill or Jerebko) will be traded, so we def need you. Please to come Detriot where you know the system, and will be valued
1st year - $1,500,000 2nd year - $2,500,000 3rd - $2,500,000 (Team Option)
Total - $6,500,000

The New Jersey Nets would like to extend a contract offer to Kwame Brown. You would be the first big off our bench and only true PF on the roster other than the rookie Favors. Playing time would not be a problem at all.
Year 1 $4,000,000 Year 2 $2,000,000 Year 3 $1,000,000 (PO)
3 year / $7,000,000 with most of the money up front and the last year being your option. Thanks for your consideration.

Cleveland - Kwame is definitely the top PF or C off your bench, so PT seems plentiful. We think your team is solid enough to be worth our time as well. If you can put up a little more money or another year or something to that effect, we will sign with you. If not, we may choose NJ.
New Jersey - Pretty good shot at PT...but you have Zydrunas at C and 1 point better than Kwame, and have Petro at C and PF who is just 1 point less than Kwame. Cleveland's best big right now is 3 points worse than Kwame, so the PT is definitely best with him. Your money is keeping you in the running for right now.
Miami - You have Gooden as your primary backup PF/C. That means less PT available than Cleveland has, plus you are offering less money. You are slightly above Philly below just because LeBron and Wade are on your team, but it's not enough to get him, sorry.
Philly - You have Marreese Speights taking the first shot at minutes at PF/C. This means you have less PT available than Cleveland does. The money is basically the same as well so right now, you are behind CLE.
Minnesota - You've got Spencer Hawes as primary backup PG, plus Outlaw as eligible at PF. Both are rated better than Kwame. Your team is looking like it has a chance to keep developing, certainly, and we know you might move Murphy, but we've gotta go based on what is on your team right now, not what "might" happen. The money is solid, but certainly not the most out there, especially since the 3rd year is not guaranteed.
Detroit - With Monroe and Patterson starting, and Jerebko, Nocioni, Jordan HIll, Jeffries, Daye all rated above or basically the same, we don't see that much PT available at the C and PF positions with all those guys playing similar positions. Kwame might be the most "pure C" on your roster, but still seems like not as good a shot at PT compared to the other teams above you. The money doesn't make up for this or anything either. Thank you for your interest.
Houston Rockets - We're not really sure why David Andersen and Kris Humphries are on your IR. Right now, they are basically the same rating as Kwame, and so is Chuck Hayes. We don't see a lot of PT here really.

New Jersey, we know you have more money around, but (this is as a CM/Admin now, not PA) I don't think Kwame is worth much more than this really, so I don't want a bidding war. Cleveland has you beat on the most important thing to Kwame right now - PT, and he is giving a very fair contract.
Kwame accepts the Cavs' offer.
