UPDATED. We think we can find managers that will log in every day and even post about once a day! If you are not up to that, we can probably find someone who is.
That said, we understand small periods of inactivity, as long as it is not a repeated thing. So, The Warm Seat is created for GM's who Log In about once a day, but don't post for long-ish periods of time. As is mentioned, we can replace you for this if it goes long enough. If you log-in every day for a month but only post something about 5 times the whole month, this is your warning, you will likely be gone.

Why am i still on this list? Why was i on it in the first place? You are on the Warm Seat, it is clearly explained. You were logging on and never posting. If that goes long enough we will boot people. We need, ideally, 30 active members who post fairly regularly and contribute to the league. People just logging on, checking a box score, and logging off do nothing for the league. I'll check your posting activity again and see if you've picked it up enough to be taken off.

If you guys haven't picked up on this yet...if you don't log in, you will be replaced. If you log in and never contribute anything and don't respond to people, you will probably be replaced.
If you are super busy, you should post in the "away" board so we know. Otherwise, with a lack of communication (from you), all we see is a guy who hadn't logged on in over a week and hadn't posted ANYTHING in the league in 3+ weeks. You're kinda lucky we didn't just boot you. Brad booted guys who were more active (and gave no warning really) when he was running things.
Just log in every day (more or less) and post something once a day or every couple days. It's really not that difficult. And again, if you are busy, that's what the "Away" board is for.

If you guys really want to be sticklers about activity then start with brad. I know he is an administrator so you cant boot him, but how do u expect the league to follow thru on something the creator of the league isn't following thru with? Just pointing out how unfair it is for others when the head guy isnt active at all

Have to agree with TWolves. He has life issues, let him be with what he has to attend to.
As Boyz-2-Men once said, "It's so hard to say goodbye to yesterday."
Tomorrow is here.

UPDATED. Activity is dropping a little, and really does not take long to log on to the league and see if there is a sim, check PM's, just little things. We're talking 2 minutes or less, just log on and then post something from time to time! (couple times a week more or less?)

It is up to him to either start logging on more or take it upon himself to make his team available or something. I'll try talking to him whenever it is I next see him. That does not mean we can't enforce activity standards on the rest of the league.

Again, minimal posting (like 1 or 2 posts over 3-4 weeks) is a lot less than we are looking for. You do not need to post every day, but a couple times a week is not unreasonable. Milwaukee has been replaced because he made one post in a month and didn't log on for 3-4 weeks, spread around two or three log-ins. Cleveland has pushed his inactivity to a dangerous level, and Miami is not too far behind.
We would prefer everyone get active, but if you won't or can't, it is best for the league to try and find someone who can. No hard feelings, things come up in life, but we're looking to have a great group of 30 GMs here, and we feel we are making strides to get there all of the time.

If your current rate of activity and posting (discounting this post) keeps up, you are very close to being replaced when we find a suitable replacement. Is that hot enough to get you active? Or would you like to just be replaced?

Let's go GMs. Get active. It takes less than one minute to log in and post at one thread.
