This trade was shot down by one of the managers involved in it. The Indy owner at that time did not accept the deal, and backed out. This is allowable since he never accepted in this thread. Trades are only official once both sides have agreed to them in the Submitted Trade Thread. This is also why we wait for all members to agree on a trade before we vote on them.
