REJECT
Granger is a top 5-10 producer (producer, mind you) in the league. He does have some health issues, but they are not usually that severe. He is a great young player. I like Green, and I like Roddy...but not enough for Granger. The picks don't work that well b/c New Orleans keeps getting better in the standings, Dallas' pick looks like the best one, but he gets a ton better in this deal so his pick will get worse. Miami is not going to be a lotto team or anything either.
Bad Trade for the Orlando Organization. Can't accept it.
Reject - 1/4

And there are 2 more things, Jeff Green might get paid in the off-season because he is a restricted FA and Magic doesn't own his own 2011 1st so there is no upside to getting worse. I always accept trades that i think they are not rejectable but this looks like something rejectable.

I have ORL's 1st in 2011 so while I would love to say yes to this trade, ethically that would be very inappropriate.
While the West move makes sense on some levels. This trade seems a bit far-fetched. If it was Green and another solid player I could see the logic here.
Reject - 2/4
Regards.

So you reject it for your best interest? I want these picks as trade bait as I try to rebuild, 3 picks a young of and a decent player in green isn't enough for granger ? Stop being selfish spurs.

Umm, if I was being selfish I would accept. Clearly I could use a top three-to-six pick in the next draft.

he rejected it because it would be in his best interest to let the deal go through cause it would be bias because it would help him out.
But i disagree im fine with this trade.
1/4 in acceptance

What about:
Dallas Mavericks Send:
76 Jeff Green $4,455,988 $5,908,641 72 Jeff Teague $1,476,840 - $1,579,920 - $2,433,077 - $3,469,568 70 Roddy Beaubois - $1,156,080 - $1,236,720 - $2,227,333 - Q-$3,271,952 67 DeShawn Stevenson - $4,151,786 68 Morris Peterson - $6,200,000 2011 DAL 1st rd. pick 2011 NOH 1st rd. pick 2011 MIA 1st rd. pick
Total Outgoing Salary: $17,440,694 Total Incoming Salary: $19,591,259
Orlando Magic Send:
87 Danny Granger $10,973,202 | $12,015,904 | $13,058,606 | $14,021,788 68 Julian Wright $2,858,057 | $3,952,653 68 Luke Walton $5,260,000 | $5,680,000 | $5,800,000 67 Stephon Marbury $500,000 | $500,000
Total Outgoing Salary: $19,591,259 Total Incoming Salary: $17,440,694
I would accept that trade. Magic gets more rebuilding pieces and trade Walton that can only be traded packaged with Granger.
I think that deal is still pretty good for Mavs.

What say you GMs?

Alright the fact that Portland(Marco) has gotten to the point of to where he is adjusting trades around is bullshit.. Just accept the deal or reject the deal. If it gets rejected let them work out a new deal. This is not YOUR LEAGUE. Let them do THEIR OWN TRADES and THEIR OWN adjustments

There is anything wrong with a trade committee member saying what he would accept instead of just rejecting a deal.
If a trade committee member rejects a deal, he is supposed to explain his decision. I explained by example.
