Well, need to wait for GSW to accept this, though I don't see why he wouldn't. I think this has a much better chance at being accepted than the 1st deal.
Marvin = Udoh for me. Marvin has proven more but he makes more too.
CP3/Warrick (Warrick should play a good deal in PHX's new frontcourt) is about equal to Curry/Ellis. I love Curry, but I'm not a HUGE Ellis fan...and CP3 is no doubt the best player in this deal. And is rated 11 points higher than the next best guys. Ratings aren't everything, but they are not to be ignored either.
Gadzuric is in there for salary purposes, and Dwayne jones I dunno, doesn't affect the values of the trade to me.
I'd accept this if GSW accepts it. That would be 2/4
