Year 1 - $1,500,000 Year 2 - $1,500,000
Total salary over 2 years - $3,000,000
I think Shaq should come back to Miami for a couple reasons... Reason number one being he would be put right into the start Center spot and would be getting the playing time he wants... In addition he gets to re live the days in Miami with D - Wade and go after another title...
Free cap Space - $12,572,801

Total: $4,500,000
The Denver Nuggets would like to offer Shaquille O'Neal a 3 year deal worth 4.5 million dollars using part of their MLE. The third year has a player option in case the big diesel decides to take his talents elsewhere. We find Shaq would bring much needed help to out front court and would contend with Nene for starting minutes.

Mr. Shaq,
You coined the phrase "The Big Fundemental" why not join him as you two chase one last title together. Starting at the 5 with your new BF at the 4 will be a thing of beauty.
Small children and kittens will weep, as will I.
One year, one title.
Join us, Mr. Shaq.

Shaq, You're going to get an offer from us based on the fac thtat we're in need of a dominant big man for a year!
You're our man!
Year 1: 6,000,000 Year 2: 3,000,000
Total: 9,000,000 over 2 years!
We figured here in Washington that you can unite with two of your real life teammates. Granger and Pierce are excellent players and Rondo can get you a ring as well. We all know you want to be better than Kobe!

Year 1 - 2,000,000
Look Shaq you suck lets be honest but we want you here in Chicago to be a comedian and 3rd string Center. You were horrible against us in the playoffs last year but we figure if you can give you us 1 minute of your primeself in the playoffs then its worth it. Don't let these other teams fool you. You'll ride the pine on a pretender team. At least here you're in a big city market and can still ride the pine and probably win a ship. Let me know Shaq.

Year 1: 6,000,000
We would love for you to come to our competitive organization so you could help develop some of our younger guys such as Emeka and Chris Bosh. We also believe you would bring some veteran leadership to this young team and we believe you are the best player out there. You will likely start or come off the bench and you will have significant minutes. We are definitely in contention for a championship this year and we would love to have you on the squad.

Alright, Shaq is obviously looking to win at this point in his career, but does not necessarily care about the length of the contract or anything. He is also alright coming off the bench, or being in a platoon with other capable bigs. Here is how his interest breaks down right now.
San Antonio - Probably one of the most well-rounded teams out there, Shaq would play nice minutes at C but also has Varejao and Splitter to spell him, which he likes. He does think he'd work very well in the Popovic/Spurs system. You also have the kind of contract we are looking for right now. You are one of the top contenders for Shaq's services.
New Orleans - Definitely an interesting situation here. Playing with Bosh and Okafor as a 3 man big rotation is interesting, and CP3 is an amazing PG. We think you might be set up to push tempo a little more than we would really be comfortable doing...but right now, you are in the top 2 for consideration with San Antonio.
Washington - Definitely and up-and coming team, we do like some of your players, but we're not sure you can quite compete as well as the Spurs can for this year. Shaq would also be required to play a bit more minutes on your squad than we are comfortable with. The money is nice overall, and you do have some backup PF/C's that are alright, so we'll see. You are a contender, but we are right now favoring Spurs.
Denver - Another pretty solid team, though you might almost have too many bigs - Nene, Kenyon, Al Harrington, and Chris Andersen are all w/in 2 points of Shaq's rating. It doesn't seem like you really need him much, and the whole situation could get a little tight. We do realize Shaq would be the top rated big there, tied with Nene, so we are still interested to a point. We would also rather no more than 2 years at this point, and prefer a bit more money up front.
Miami - You've got a pretty nice team overall, of course, though your bigs are non-existent. Your best actual PF or C is a 68 right now. LeBron may end up being a PF, but that's just a testament to you having no real bigs. Shaq is not sure he wants to take on that much PT for your team, he understands he is wearing down, but is effective in the 20-25 mpg range. The Money is solid of course, but we're really not sure we're ok with that much PT, and you are not nearly as well-rounded as San-An, for example.
Indiana - We'd also like more money up front, and less years on the contract. You are not one of the most competitive teams offering for Shaq either, so you're behind to start with. You'd have to make up that difference with more money, basically, to even get Shaq interested.
Chicago - No. No Thank you. We do not feel you are seriously offering a contract here, and we give you back the lack of respect you give us. We think there are much better offers overall anyway. Actually, your charts aren't done so your offers are invalid.
*Rankings subject to change, but looking to make a decision in next 24-48 hours so if you wanna upgrade offers in any way, do it quickly.

The NJ Nets would like to offer Shaq a 3 year deal worth $20 million. This is obviously the most lucrative deal out there right now. All though it would be for a back up role, he would get plenty of minutes (but not more than he wants as has been expressed by other teams). He would be the unquestioned leader of the team and locker room and an unbelievable role model for the younger guys (especially Brook Lopez and Derrick Favors).
Year 1 $9,000,000 Year 2 $6,000,000 Year 3 $5,000,000

New Jersey - We would probably put you towards the bottom of tier 2 right now. While the money is great, we are mostly looking for a competitive situation. You just do not stack up to some of these other teams.

The New Orleans Hornets would like to rescind their offer to Mr. Oneal. We have more pressing needs than a past-his-prime big.

Mr. Shaq,
We look forward to you joining the Big Fundamental along with Manu, Tony Park, your friend from Cleveland "The Samba Dream" and the entire San Antonio community.
Thank you for assessing our offer. We hope to hear from you soon.
I believe I saw children weeping as I walked into Spurs HQ this morning. They weep for the Great Aristotle.

The Miami Heat would like to extend another offer to Shaq. We just recently aquired Luis Scola to be our starting PF and we also just got Drew Gooden to be a big off the bench. We would be going with a platoon system and going with the hot hand but you would be getting around 20 minutes agame down in Florida and we would love to have you come and be on this team for the title run!
Year 1 - $3,500,000 Year 2 - $6,000,000 (team option)
Total over two years - $9,500,000
Shaq we would love to have you!
